Ladurée introduces its colourful new Easter collection!

Spring is coming, so it’s the perfect time for Ladurée to unveil its new collection of elegant sweet creations, all inspired by treats from Japan, where pastry chef Claire Heitzler trained for three years. Discover Ladurée’s range of chocolate rabbits at La Vallée Village. This year, the range has grown and now includes ten rabbits made of dark, milk and white chocolate! For the first time, and exclusively for the Village, Ladurée has also created home-made Easter chocolates, known as fritures, which are inspired by six iconic pastries: the macaron, the Ispahan, the chocolate eclair, the Religieuse, the lemon tart and the Saint Honoré. For those who enjoy macarons, the limited-edition Coffret Surprise gift box, which comes with a pretty Easter bow, contains Ladurée’s signature macaron, with hints of chocolate and raspberry.


From 21 March, the Ladurée boutique in La Vallée Village is also giving you the opportunity to taste its new Nymphéa Raspberry Verbena dessert: a delicate white chocolate shell containing delicious almond dacquoise, a verbena mousse ball, raspberry compote and fresh raspberry pieces.
