On Sunday 10 December 2017, Sabine Brochard, a sommelier trained at Guy Savoy, Jules Verne and Tour d'Argent, will welcome you to the VIP Gallery Lounge for a wine tasting accompanied by sweet treats. Her mission is to find you the perfect match between La Maison du Chocolat chocolates, Pierre Hermé Paris macaroons and Château Sainte-Roseline Crus Classés wines served in beautiful Baccarat Crystal glasses.

Wine tastings will take place from 11.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 17.30.

sommelier, head chef at ver di vin and Maître Restaurateur in Orléans

Sabine Brochard is a sommelier by profession and learnt the ropes with top Parisian chefs, such as those at La Tour d'Argent, Jules Verne and Restaurant Guy Savoy. In October 2001, she decided to open her own wine shop in the heart of Orléans: lAnge Vins Cave. In 2011, she joined her husband, Laurent Brocharda chef, to open a unique wine bar, also in OrléansNamed ver di vin, this unique setting succeeds in marrying the couple’s two passions: oenology and gastronomy.
